**ACUITY CONNECT – iOS 27 – Known Issue**

When completing eTracking forms in Acuity Connect, the product quantity table may unexpectedly jump or scroll during data entry.

Temporary Workaround

If users experience this behavior:
1. Navigate to the Product Quantity page within the eTracking form.
2. Scroll continuously all the way to the bottom of the product grid.
3. Once at the bottom of the grid, continue entering product quantities for all rows.
This workaround has been shown to prevent the table from jumping and allows the form to be completed successfully.

This can be located by going to settings>general>about or the back of your iPad. If it is in a case you will need to remove it. The serial number is mostly letters and is 12-15 characters long.

Zebra - Hardware Issue*

The Compass EMM Team is unable to provide mobile application support for Canteen apps. The VIS Team is properly setup to assist you with these application issues.
For Zebra Application support (i.e. support not related to the hardware/tablet itself) please contact Canteen Support at (888) 295-7206 Opt 3 or submit a ticket through the Canteen Support Portal

For Zebra Hardware Repair (i.e. support related to the hardware itself) please download and complete the Zebra Repair Form.PDF for EACH handheld that needs to be shipped and repaired.

Multiple serial numbers on a single Zebra Repair Form will not be accepted!
